Who we are

Aviator Game India is an independent editorial website. We publish guides, reviews, and operator comparisons about the Spribe Aviator crash game for readers in India.

We are not Spribe. We are not 1win, Batery, Mostbet, 4rabet, TopX, or 1xBet. We are not a casino, betting shop, payment institution, or wallet. We do not hold player funds. We do not accept bets. We do not pay winnings.

Age and eligibility

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

Intellectual property

No warranties

Limitation of liability

You do not pay us to read the Website.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Aviator Game India and its editors against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs that arise from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your use of a third-party operator after leaving our pages. This clause applies to the extent Indian law allows.

Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. That policy is part of these Terms. Do not send us content you do not have the right to send.

Responsible gaming

Changes

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your home state. You and we will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith by email to the legal address below.

This clause does not stop you from filing a complaint with a competent Indian authority, including on privacy or cyber fraud.

Miscellaneous

If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign the Website to a successor publisher. These Terms are the entire agreement for use of the Website. They replace prior oral or written statements about that use.

The English version of these Terms is the official version. If we later add a Hindi summary, the English text controls in a conflict, unless a mandatory Indian rule says otherwise.
